Born To Be Somebody (Chapter 1)
- Jasmine’s P.o.V.
My eyes slowly opened when a little sunray rambled about my face. I lifted my head up from the window, looking outside. It’s almost morning, i suppose, looking over to Rachell and Nathalie, who were still sleeping in heavily peace. Anyway I was still tired, and I tried to stay awake but I couldn’t help myself. My eyes slowly closed again and when I rested my head against the window again, my phone vibrated. I just ignored it, my eyes closed slowly. My phone laid there vibrating and vibrating. Argh, it makes me go crazy, I lifted my head up again and grabbed my phone. New Text Message. It was from my Mom. “ Good Luck “ Is she kidding me? It is 7 a.m. in the morning and she send me this freaking two words?! Argh, i could really freak out. My head rasted against the seat in front of me. This car was not comfortable enough to sleep again. In three hours, we need to be at the Daybreak studios for our Interview this morning.. Argh, I’m so freaking tired but my thoughts won’t stop. Brain Shut up! Finally my eyes closed and I fell asleep again.
- 2 hours later -
Screaming Voices woke me up. My head against the front seat and my feet on Rachell’s lap. I lifted my head up to look at all those fans. Wow, they’re so many fans with little or big signs. I heard some quickly giggles behind my back. Rachell and Nathalie. I turned around to face both of them.
“ Why are you both giggling? “ I smiled at both, looking at the fans at the other side of the car.
“ There was this cute sign. It was about you and said something like: Nobody is Adorable as Jas. “ Nathalie said with a wide smile. I giggled lightly. Our fans are just the best ever and they will always be the most important persons no matter what will happen. They made us to the girls we are today.
“ We’re here “ The driver shouted from the front seat. He need to shout, the crowd outside was loud more than loud. I looked over to the other boths girls and gave him the special look. Both of them just nodded and I slowly opened the door, looking outside, making the crowd scream and squeal. All of us lightly laughed, heading out of the car. My hand went from the left to the right and back again, trying to wave to all the fans. Then I saw this cute little sign and I just decided to walk over, so I did, talking to the girl, taking photos and writing something on her picture. When our manager yelled, I took the sign and walked over to her. Her voice sounded lightly angry, well.. it sounds always like that. We all walked backstage, waving at all the fans until we were in the studios.
“ This Fan conversation took us 15 minutes. That’s too long Girls “ Samantha, our manager, said, writing something on the notice board in her hand.
“ But they waited so long and we’re they idols. It’s our Job Sam. “ Rachell tried to explain her. But Sam just shook her head leading us to the dressing room.
“ One Information. You Girls will have this interview with another band. I’m not going to tell you which band. First it’s your interview and they will join then. “ With those words she left the room, smashing the door.
“ She can be such a beast “ Nathalie moaned stressed. All of us sat down on the chairs, waiting for the personal. I looked around, it was really beautiful, then I saw those pictures. I stood up again and walked over, my little fangirl came outside and i heard myself squealing like a geek.
“ What’s up? “ Rachell shouted shocked. My look went from the picture to her. She sat there in shook, picking up her magazine again.
“ Rihanna already was here. I mean. Hello?! The Rihanna. The one who sang Only Girl or California King Bed or Farewell or You da one or .. “
“ Shut up! “ Both girls screamed. I just stood there in excitement, until the door opened and our stylists walked in. My eyes wided lightly but not because i knew them, just because they looked so.. different? I made my way over to my chair and sat down, waiting for them to start.

We all had our different styles but we still love eachothers outfit. I don’t know if I should care about the other group, but now i should think about the interview not about the others.
“ And here are Status Famous “ The brunette lady said and gave us a little hand gesture. We intertwined our hands and walked on the stage, smiling wide.
“ Hello Girls. Take a seat. You look beautiful “ The man said, smiling at us.
“ Thank you “ We all said at the same time, sitting down, trying to comfort ourselves on the couch.
“ How are you today? “
“ Well, I didn’t sleep that much but I think we’re good and glad to be here. “ I answered.
“ You’re second single is out now. Let’s take a look at the video “ Our looks went over to the screen next to us, showing up the video. All of us smiled at eachother. I don’t know why, but I’m so proud of us.
“ Awesome Video Girls. Well, at the Video all of you have a boyfriend. How’s your lovelife in reality? “
“ It’s kinda awkward. We don’t have the time to find a boy or to go out on a date with someone. Sometimes we see some cute boys but it’s hard to talk to a boy without fans coming around and screaming. “ Rachell explained, making her special hand gestures.
“ So you girls are single? “ All of us just nodded, trying to smile through the thought that we could stay single for the rest of our lifes, as long as we’re that famous like at the moment. It’s horrible sometimes, but that’s what we wanted, that’s the life we wanted to have.
“ Maybe this will change later. Do you guys ever heard of One Direction? “
“ Yeah for sure. I mean, who doesn’t? “ Nathalie said, giggling through that sentence and made me giggle too.
“ Does one of you fancy any member? “ the lady asked, grinning lightly.
“ To be Honest, I fancy Liam. “ I replied to her question, lightly blushing.
“ I like Harry, his voice is pure love and he looks really hot.. “ Rachell, the petite blonde beauty, said.
“ And you Nathalie? “
“ Well, it’s a little competition between Niall and Zayn, because Louis already have a girlfriend so yeah .. “ All of us giggled at her.
“ So Girls, this was the first interview now. Could you go backstage and we will bring you back on stage for a second interview and a performance? “
“ For sure. We would love to perform our song “ I replied, shaking hands with both of them, walking backstage then.
“ I never thought, they will ask us about One Direction “ Rachell rolled her eyes.
“ But they’re good singers and hot “ Nathalie and me said at the same time. We looked at eachother, bursting out in laughter.
- Meanwhile
“ So. One Direction with us here now. Hey Guys “ the male presenter said.
“ Heeey. We’re happy to be here. “ The boys replied.
“ Well, as I heard 4 of you guys are still left at the love market? “
“ Yeah, Louis is taken now, so well, but four of us are still left and maybe one of us already has a eye on someone “ Liam gave the camera a wink.
“ Now we’re really curious. Tell us about your little crushes. “
“ Well .. “ Niall leaned lightly forward, fiddling with his hands. “ It’s the girlband Status Famous. They’re totally hot and beautiful and we love their voices “
“ We watched their new video for Too Young all the time at the tourbus. “ Zayn said lightly laughing. “ They’re amazayn. “
“ Amazayn? “ The presenters asked confused.
“ It’s the One Direction word for amazing “ Louis explained, checking his phone quickly.
“ Louis, you know that you have to turn your phone off. “
“ I’m sorry. It was a really important message. “
“ Eleanor “ All the other four lads said together with a cheeky grin.
“ Shut up Guys “ Louis said, laughing.
“ Well, back to the topic. Tell us more about your obsession with Status Famous. Maybe Favourite Member? “
“ Mine is definitely Rachell, I love her style and her blonde hair. “ Harry said grinning.
“ Well, I prefer Jasmine over all of them. Her cheeky side and her cute smile. I totally love her voice, it’s perfect. “ Liam explained to the presenters.
“ Nathalie for sure. “ Niall protested. “ She’s perfect in every single way and her voice made me melt every time. “
“ I fancy Nathalie too. “ Zayn said, giving Niall a emotionless look.
“ I liked Jasmine before I met Eleanor, but now I just want Eleanor and Jasmine is left for our Mister Payne. “ Louis said laughing.
“ And we would definitely die to meet them. “ Zayn interrupted Louis’ laugh.
“ Really? Hm.. Look over at the stage. “ The female presenter pointed to the stage behind them. “ Here are Status Famous with their single Too Young “

We took our hands and walked out again on the stage to perform. We changed into something more dressy and began to start with our song.

I heard the beat of my heart getting louder with every breath I took. Me and the girls hugged eachother, walking over to the couch again. And there they sat, One Direction. My look went from one of the lads to another till I faced all of them.
“ Awesome Performance Girls “ said the male presenter, hugging all of us. “ Take a seat again. “
We all looked at eachother confused. There wasn’t any space left to sit down.
“ Well, there’s no place left “ Nathalie said smiling.
“ You can sit on our laps “ Niall said, grinning at all of us. Me and the girls changed some look and nodded then.
“ Which should sit where? “ Rachell asked looking at the five lads.
“ You can sit on mine. “ Harry grabbed her hand softly, pulling her on his lap. Niall does the same with Nathalie, while I stood there, looking around, dont’ payed attention to anyone of them, until I felt a hand grabbing mine. I looked at the hand, then at his face. Liam. He pulled me softly over to him and sat me down on his lap.
“ Comfortable enough? “ he whispered softly in my ear. I just looked lightly over my shoulder and nodded smiling.
- After a long talk
“ You Guys really should go out together. “ the female presenter said and grabbed behind their couch. “ Here you go. “ She handed us a check for Nandos for 9 People. Rachell turned around and counted all of us.
“ We’re just 8? “
“ Eleanor “ Louis said.
“ Oh yeah, that makes sense. “ Rachell blushed lightly, looking down, while I was lightly giggling about her.
“ Thanks for this nice interview with both of you and I hope we can see you soon again. Maybe as couples. “ This was her last sentence and the cameraman shouted Cut. Finally. I stood up from Liam’s lap, walking backstage with the other girls, having a talk about the whole day. We all sat down on the couch in our dressing room, we had a really good conversation, but then a knock at the door interrupted us. We all looked over to it, puzzling over who could it be.
